I am sorry to have to cancel today's lesson online (my voice is gone).
I have prepared for you a recorded lecture on "Innovative Non-Thermal Processing Technologies: Pulsed Electric Fields". You can find this lecture as well as a lecture on "Food Fermentation" (Part 1, from last week) on the moodle platform.

However, if you have any urgent questions, I will be at Zoom at 12:00.
