Entrepreneurship in food

This course will present a collection of teaching modules that are designed and used collaboratively by HSWT (TAP) and partner universities in Africa. These training modules provide self-learning materials that can be used in entrepreneurship or food technology lectures as well as in courses offered by the universities' incubation centers.

These modules will be organized as mini modules that build up into larger topical units along a guiding structure that clusters topics into

1. Entrepreneurship
2. Food Business
3. Business Planning
4. Food Science & Technology

The objective is to provide a wide variety of modular training materials that can be used interchangeably. Focus is placed on content that is created locally and provides content that is relevant to African actors.
